Pork Pie Tribe was formed in 1993, and was the first band truly entrenched in the American Ska scene to fuse Celtic music and Ska music together. Our first album was recorded in 1994 (released in '95) and featured 6 songs. In 1997 we released our first full-length, 12-song album. Our musical style ranges from traditional ska & 2-Tone ska to Latin Ska & Celtic ska. Our songs have also been featured on many Ska compilations, such as Citrus Records' "Closer Than You - Florida Ska Vol.1 & Vol. 2," as well as Stubborn Records' "Roots, Branch and Stem."
